Donna Heffernan has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, initially in accounting, auditing and taxation, and has held senior positions in both the private and government sectors. During the last 15 years, she has specialised in compliance and governance within the superannuation industry.

Andrew Gledhill has over 35 years of expertise in the superannuation industry across both both retail and not-for-profit funds, and has held senior positions involving administration, business development and governance with a variety of organisations.

Craig Turnbull has worked in the investment sector for over 30 years as a portfolio manager, a fund manager and a chief investment officer, developing an expert understanding of both local and international equity markets.

Bart has extensive expertise in risk management, governance, legal, and compliance in financial services. As Chief Risk Officer, he plays a crucial role in the Executive Leadership Team, supporting the Board Chair and Risk Committee Chair while maintaining a robust risk framework. Bart's primary focus is on protecting members best financial interest and to secure their retirement. His legal background complements his risk skills, enabling him to navigate complex regulations adeptly.

With over 18 years’ experience in law, financial services and superannuation, Natalie brings a wealth of governance, compliance and legal knowledge to Active Super. Natalie started her career in private practice before joining the fund in 2012. She is also a passionate advocate for the financial wellbeing of women and has been a member of the NSW state committee for Women in Super since 2020.
