All distributors of Active Super products are required by law to report on any complaints they receive regarding the design, features, availability and distribution of the product.
TMD reporting:
- must be provided when one or more complaints are raised in a period
- must be provided on a quarterly basis; and
- should be issued within 14 days after 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.
